Recruiting Process
1st - Let's get known
Let's meet and find out if we can work together. The first step in the recruiting process is an informal talk to show you what we do and how you can fit in.
2nd - Technical Interview
You will be interviewed by a software engineer who will assess your technical skills. During this interview you have to solve some technical challenges.
3rd - Validation Interview
Usually it is our CEO who leads the validation interview. It's a conversation to realize if Opensoft is the company you are looking for.
Onboarding Process
Initial Training

Mentoring

Opensoft Internships
Your opportunity to explore, apply your knowledge, and learn!
How does it work?
At Opensoft we privilege curricular internships. We believe that only these internships have the appropriate duration for the development of your skills.
You can present us your intention to do your internship or check if there is any agreement with your university and Opensoft about curricular internships.
Curricular internships are paid and can be done by third year undergraduate or master students. You can send us your internship application and, if it is accepted, you will have to go through a profile interview, followed by a technical interview.
My internship at Opensoft was very important to gain a great amount of experience and knowledge of what being an engineer is like in the real world. Opensoft is an excellent company in terms of software development and work methodologies, providing me an organized and structured work environment.
