SIMN is an application that aims to help notaries and their employees managing their daily tasks.

This application modernizes and optimizes resources through the dematerialization and automation of processes while maintains the tradition of the Portuguese notarial through the automatic preparation of books and notarial instruments according to official models and Portuguese legislation.

SIMN is an extensive application that manages all the activities within a notary office. It also allows integration with Microsoft Word® documents, which significantly optimizes the filling process of the grantor, property, and other tax information based on a draft.
The SIMN Express was specially designed to smaller notary offices that don’t need a large volume of information to process.
